Status of compatibility with the requirements

The requirements are specified in § 3 BITV 2.0. In particular, the criteria in Chapter 9 of EN 301549 v2.1.2 (which corresponds to the success criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformity level AA) must be met. The web pages on https://www.ertex.de are partially compliant with BITV 2.0 due to the following incompatibilities.

Non-accessible content

  • Order of headings h2 to h6
  • Reading order not always chronological
  • Contrast issues in individual texts
  • Occasionally missing alt texts

Explanation

Despite extensive technical and organisational measures, technical barriers in the creation of content by employees cannot be completely excluded. We check our websites for accessibility at least once per quarter and correct non-accessible content.
